Exam: Get on anti anxiety medication. Read the book: The Relaxation Response by Herbert Benson, M.D.. Exercise, prayer, meditation, massage therapy, aromatherapy, CBT. ongoing counseling- are simple solutions. Myocarditis , if documented can usually be treated medically and quite effectively.

Happy to help but: It's unclear if you have been diagnosed with myocarditis or are worried that you have it. Are you being followed by a doctor as anxiety along can cause quite a host of bothersome physical symptoms?
