Ask: Probably asking your Dr (or reading carefully his indications; or asking your pharmacist) would be the best. That said; and if no instructions at all can be found (unlikely); reviewing common dosage of those meds, they are very commonly taken during the day. However, that does not mean it is the way your Dr intended. If your Dr recommended it, you should try to find out and start them asap
