It is more likely: that you have a virus, or possibly a bronchitis or pneumonia, than it is that you have myocarditis. However, the only way to tell is to see your doctor or go to the emergency room, if you are having difficulty breathing. Your doctor can examine you and listen to your chest (heart and lungs) and order any testing necessary. Hope you feel better soon.
