Diet and exercise: The best way to lose fat is to exercise daily and have a healthy diet. Try doing at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily like walking, swimming or biking. For your diet focus on eating lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and whole grains. Eat lean protein and avoid sodas and other sugary food. Also limit starchy foods like bread, pasta, potatoes and rice.
