Possibly sinus issue: If it is an upper molar or pre-molar, it may be affected by postural changes in the sinus cavity. If a lower tooth this is much less likely unless it's referred pain from your upper jaw..

See your dentist: Tooth sensitivity following placement of a filling is very common. The most common reason for pain is that the filling is too high. Call your dentist so you can be seen as soon as possible to reduce the height of the filling.

Time frame: How recent? The tooth may cause some discomfort initially, but if this continues, I would get back to the dentist.

See your Dentist: Having a filling done is a surgical procedure. Tooth and surrounding tissues will need time to heal. Most common cause of u remitting sensitivity is the filling being as little as a piece of paper's thickness too high, and is easily eliminated by slightly recon touring the filling. If it's upper back tooth, may be sinus issue. See your Dentist for relief.
