Not effective: Most meds are at least 80% effective a year past posted date, with rapid drop-off after that. Additionally oracle is a pain reliever for soft, not hard, tissues. See your Dentist. May have broken filling, fractured tooth, devitalized tooth, high filling, or other cause for pain. Until you see your Dentist OTC NSAIDs should keep you comfortable.
