Probably unrelated: The symptoms you've described are simply too vague to render an accurate diagnosis. But, if you can feel pain in your tooth from physical exertion, it may be an indication of trauma, fracture or decay. Only a thorough comprehensive exam (including a digital x-ray) would enable a dentist enough information to render a successful treatment plan. Don't wait for a toothache to let you know.
