Headache specialist: New Daily Persistent Headache. It has been suggested that this headache may be related to immune changes possibly related to the Epstein-Barr or similar virus but this hypothesis needs further investigation. Fortunately, these headaches are mostly self-limiting. See headache or orofacial pain specialist for evaluation and treatment.
