Needs evaluation: If these symptoms are recent - it could be a viral illness. If they have persisted more than 1-2 weeks, then an evaluation is needed. Possibilities include multiple sclerosis, lymphoma, fungal disease, sarcoid, TB and many others. If persistent then seek the help of your family doctor or an internist. The details can then be enumerated and proper laboratory testing will be done.
