Hi i have been having the dame health issue for over a month, which are dizziness, light headed, swollen occipital lymph node, and head ache above my ear on the right side , finger, arm and toe tingling , what could it be?

There are many things this can be. The possibilities are very very long since there are so many varied symptoms. I don't think you will get a good response without an in person examination. Dizziness alone can be vertigo, being light headed, loss of balance or just not feeling well. People report it differently and more details are needed.
