I found a rock hard lump behind my ear today. it doesn't hurt, or itch. i have had a few swollen lymph nodes around my arms and legs lately. related?

Go to your Doctor: Hard lymph nodes are suspect. They should be checked by your doctor who may consider a biopsy and run other tests to find out the cause. watch and see if the lymph nodes/or the hard mass is growing in size which makes them suspect for a more serious condition than otherwise.
