Unlikely ..: but theoretically possible. Nine days would not be long enough for an ovulatory cycle, but perhaps one of the "periods" was not really bleeding from a period. Unusual bleeding/periods is to be expected after removal of IUD. For peace of mind, consider pregnancy test now and again in 1-2 weeks, but very unlikely to be pregnant. Best wishes:)

Not likely pregnant: This bleeding pattern is not uncommon with Mirena (levonorgestrel). The progestin containing IUD is effective in preventing pregnancy, but abnormal bleeding can occur.
