I only had the mirena (levonorgestrel) 9 days and now i've skipped 2 periods in a row and i'm not pregnant. could mirena (levonorgestrel) be responsible even though it was only 9 days?

Skipped periods: Yes, Mirena (levonorgestrel) can cause skipped or irregular periods, and spotting. However, if you had it inserted 9 days ago, then that wouldn't have been sufficient time to have had 2 full normal cycles and periods. Most cycles are about 28 days.
