Was it biopsied?: Most urologists seeing a mass on cystoscopy would perform a biopsy unless they can visually say for certain it is not cancer or precancer. If this happened, ask for the details. It's your right to have any confusion dispelled.

2nd GYN MD opinion: You need to get a 2nd opinion on the vaginal bleeding from a GYN MD to rule out endometrial or uterine cancer. If the bladder lesion was NOT biopsied have a urologist redo the cystoscopy for a biopsy. At age 51 you should not be bleeding IF you are post menopausal.
