Had colonscopy in july,exp severe abdom pains followed by vag and rect bleeding. had ct scan says my uterus is displaced to the right of bowel. still experiencing abdom pains,chest and back pains & coughing and severe groin pains. what cud be wrong?

Today my yearly Stool sample came back with blood detected. On 7/29/22 I had CT scans of chest, abdomen and pelvis. All scans were good. Is it necessary to get a colonoscopy since everything was good on my CT scans?
