Had ct enterography for crohns. only finding was that the uterus was 15x10x7.5 virgin so not pregnant. no abn bleeding. just ended period. should i be worried, no mass seen, just enlarged.

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to talk to the doctor who ordered the imaging studies and knows more about your health. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
