Yes, you may..: If not eating properly the acid balance of your stomach might not be the best especially if the little you eat is irritant to it and cause acid reflux. Make sure you eat your three balanced meals and avoid fatty foods, fried foods, sauces, citric fruits and juices, caffeine, smoking, among others. If symptoms are persistent or severe make sure you see your doctor for evaluation.
