I have acid reflux, lately i have had dull aching pain in my ribs on both sides. mostly when i eat or drink something that bothers me. is this normal?

Odd: That is a bit odd, the classic symptoms of acid reflux is burning, mid abdomen, right under the middle of your rib cage, and pain can radiate up into the chest. I suspect it could cause discomfort like you are saying, but make sure you are on top of treating your symptoms with medications. You can try some Tums as needed for discomfort or daily Zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec daily for the next month
