Accidentally got hit in the nose friday and heard a loud crack. not crooked, not bruised, just slight swelling and sensitivity/pain. is it broken?

Probably not, but ..: With only "slight" swelling, sensitivity/pain, and no bruising it is very unlikely to be broken. The "crack" could have been movement of cartilage. Only an x-ray can confirm one way or the other. However, with the minimal symptoms you describe, it is safe to watch and see what happens. Good luck!

See an ENT: It would be a good idea for someone to evaluate your nose internally and externally. Seek a consult with a board certified otolaryngologist.

See an ENT: specialist. They will examine you, possibly do an X-ray and then advise you as to the best treatment. If there is no deformity and there is no continued bleeding or difficulty breathing though your nose, there may be no treatment necessary, but it's best to check.
