Probably not, but ..: With only "slight" swelling, sensitivity/pain, and no bruising it is very unlikely to be broken. The "crack" could have been movement of cartilage. Only an x-ray can confirm one way or the other. However, with the minimal symptoms you describe, it is safe to watch and see what happens. Good luck!

See an ENT: specialist. They will examine you, possibly do an X-ray and then advise you as to the best treatment. If there is no deformity and there is no continued bleeding or difficulty breathing though your nose, there may be no treatment necessary, but it's best to check.
