Maybe...: but without swelling or deformity it seems less likely. No immediate treatment is necessary, and the bruise should heal like any other bruise. However, without seeing it I can't rule out a fracture. If in doubt, see your doctor or Urgent Care.

See MD: Was there any loss of consciousness? Need to be seen by ENT doctor to verify damage if any. Keep cold pack on nose for ten minutes every hour while awake. Nose bleeding?
