Knee pain: Knee pain after a mild injury is not that uncommon. If you are able to walk and stand without significant discomfort this is reassuring. I recommend a short course of over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications such as Tylenol or ibuprofen. If you have not improved, I recommend checking with an orthopedic specialist for sports medicine specialist.
