Am i likely okay if i was hit hard in the head 24 hours ago? it hurts a lot to touch but there is no visible bruising or swelling, which concerns me.

Probably: I assume you were not knocked unconsious, and you have no dizziness now or vision problems, nausea or vomiting. It can be sore on your skull to touch after a hard knock to the head. If pain or any symptom gets worse instead of better, be sure to be seen and evaluated.
