Head injury: Since the center of gravity is displaced upward due to relative large head size in toddlers, falls and head injuries are common. Thankfully they are rarely dangerous, but can produce a hefty bump to the head. In the absence of behavior changes and excessive vomiting, cold compresses (if tolerated, good luck!!) and Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain is about the extent of what you can do.
