Nasal injury: If the bony portion of the nose is not displaced or deformed, nasal fracture appears to be unlikely. Take Tylenol for headache relief. Apply cold compresses for the first 24-48 hours to minimize swelling or bleeding. Get examined by a physician if you still have concerns or persistent headache.
