Absolutely not: Synthroid (thyroxine) should only be taken in cases of hypothyroidism and under the care of a physician, NP, or PA Taking it would increase metabolism; I doubt that this would have an effect on your acne (it's a different hormone pathway entirely) and might make it worse. See your doc or dermatologist if still having probes w/ur acne. Best of luck!
