Minocycline: Minocycline (dynacin) 50 mg daily is a safe dose to use while taking synthroid. No interaction has been found between synthroid and tetracyclines. Minocycline in combination with a topical (benzoyl peroxide+clindamycin) gel would work well. Good skin care routine and adequate hydration also help.
