Tachycardia: 163 is abnormally fast for a heart rate during usual housecleaning exertion. Was this an accurate pulse rate? After resting your heart rate should slowly return to normal(55-90) with an average of 72. Overactive thyroid is a possible problem. A cardiologist is best qualified to evaluate abnormalities of heart rhythm and assess your overall cardiac status.
