Varicose Veins: You could be suffering from Chronic Venous Insufficiency which is charactarized by incompetent veins that have faulty valves and are unable to effectively return blood to the heart. It sounds like your lower extremities are affected but your pelvic area could be affected as well. You need to see your Vascular Surgeon right away.

Varicose veins.: Varicose veins are usually due to leaking valves of the saphenous system of veins but veins on the abdomen could be indicative of other problems such as vein blockages in pelvic veins. See a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation.
