When i go to the urologist, they fail to find microscopic hematuria in my urine. however, i've had this at home twice in 3 months. why?

Intermittent: microscopic hematuria can come and go. Most common causes in healthy individuals are exercise or fever or menstrual blood contaminating the urine specimen.
