How to ease my mouth pain from swelling because of wisdom teeth extraction?

Likely aspirin, etc.: Probably the best thing for now is simple pain meds, like aspirin, tylenol, (acetaminophen) od advil. If this persists, you might have to go back to your dentist and/or see your doctor to make sure it is not something worse, like infection.

Ice and Pain Med: Pain is usually present after wisdom teeth removal. Prevent inflammation and much less pain will occur. Use anti-inflammatory meds and ice to control pain and swelling.

Options... : Any anti-inflammatory medication can help. Aleve, (naproxen) motrin, advil and even a holistic alternative arnica. Ice to minimize swelling can also be helpful... 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off. Loritab or something similar is usually prescribed with tooth extractions, for patients who have no allergy to codeine. A very gentle salt water rinse after 24 hours can be soothing and healing...

When extracted?: When were the teeth extracted. Oral surgeon or dentist? If your teeth were extracted by an oral surgeon, likely you would have received extensive postop instructions. Call treating dentist. Take your prescribed pain medication. If longer than 3 days postop, you may have a dry socket. If so, packing of socket will relieve the pain
