I'm wondering how long does wisdom teeth extraction swelling last?

Swelling: Using ice 20 min on and 20 min off for the first three days after removal and sleeping at 45 degrees (four firm pillows) for the first three days helps prevent any swelling. Swelling should last about a week or less if it occurs.
