On r side of neck i've what feels like very swollen tonsilar or corotid lymph node. It shrinks at night. Could it restrict blood flow & cause stroke?
A swollen lymph node behind my left clavical has grown slowly to over 6 mm. There are also two more small ones. Blood work came back anemic 9.4 hg but there are no infections and no other symptoms. What could be the causes?
