Call the dentist: the pain as you can tell is not going away by itself. Pain killers can only help for awhile, the problem is from the tooth and is not in your nerves, pain killers can only help calm the nerves but not fix the tooth, you may be getting an infection and you may need antibiotics. What you really need is actual treatment of the tooth itself: Root canal extraction or other treatment.
