If i have had sex 4 days ago and now need an antibiotic because of a toothache, however i am on the pill, is the sperm still active or can i take the antibiotic?

Maybe/yes: Sperm can survive 4 days after insertion. They are also not affected if you take your antibiotic & very few antibiotics will interfere with the pill.

No crossover: First, antibiotics do not deactivate sperm. Second, an antibiotic will not cure an infected tooth, only prevent spread of the infection for only as long as you take the pills. You can't cut out the middleman here. You must see a Dentist immediately to treat the infection.
