Confirm Diagnosis!: The patient should be referred to a more specialized imager, be they radiologist or pediatric cardiologist for a more focused, higher level ultrasound scan to more precisely define the nature of the problem (if any). If there is a problem, prenatal consultations with appropriate specialists and plans for delivery at the institutions best able to provide needed care should be made.
