Prenatal?: If you're asking about a prenatal ultrasound, no not necessarily. If anything, a 10 week ultrasound may give you more detail you may not be able to see in the 6 week ultrasound. However, the 6 week ultrasound is necessary to check on the general wellbeing of that tiny fetus and make sure it is viable.
