Ask MFM. Repeat soon: It is certainly reassuring that your 7 week embryo "seems ok" despite your persistent 12 days of non-stop bleeding the cause of which has not been explained to you. It would seem best to have another pregnancy ultrasound performed by a skilled certified sonographer and to seek an evaluation and pelvic exam, Pap test etc...by a Materno-Fetal-Medicine specialist who can answer your question.
