How long after using oxymetazoline nasal spray, should i wait to blow my nose?

Why using spray?: Why are you using the spray? It is very powerful and very habit forming. Use it no more than 3 days. Blowing your nose is not an issue. If you have a cold or some other temporary issue the spray is "ok" but only for 3 days and no more.
