Nasal sprays: Flunisolide is a nasal steroid and it safe to use on a daily basis. Oxymetazoline is a nasal decongestant and it is not meant for every day use. You should not exceed using that for more than three days. You risk severe rebound nasal congestion. Azelastine is a nasal antihistamine and does not interact adversely with the other medications that you are taking. It also can be used on a daily basis.
