Hysterectomy: Uterine fibroids are frequently treated with a hysterectomy. Other treatments are Uterine Artery Embolization; Focused ultrasound; myomectomy; and in selected cases, Hysteroscopic resection of fibroids. Best wishes!

Fibroids: Treating fibroids depends on multiple factors and I would suggest you consult a physician for your specifics. The main issue though is what problems it or they are causing. The most common problem is bleeding too much but may need to be managed in fertility issues.
