You're taking one: street speed, one pharmaceutical psychostimulant and an anti-depressant that can have stimulating side effects (not always). This combination is not good for vascular, cardio and cognitive systems, especially with the mdma added. The latter two are sometimes Rx'ed in combination when there is depression and ADHD both, but make sure there is a psychiatrist on board. (I'd quit "E" pronto).
