Next option for depression? i've taken almost all ssris, two snris, mirtazapine, brintellex & wellbutrin. currently on 150mg sertraline, 50mg amitriptyline & concerta, but fatigue/anhedonia are constant. not suicidal currently.

Any cognitive rx : I find it interesting you list a lot of meds but no mention of any cognitive behavioral therapy (talk). Medications are often a great accelerator of positive change but learning the skill set needed to manage your life challenges as sometimes more important in the long run. Discuss it with your doc.

1st have a physical exam by a Dr. to rule out a physical illness. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM to find coping mechanisms for dealing with depression & a Psychiatrist for medication. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness to elevate your immune system.
