Pimple like bump on far side of left side of neck is it normal for there to be just one isolated pimple on neck (with no head ) or could it be more?

It might not be: a pimple. There are other things that one could have like a cyst, a swollen lymph node, persistent thyroglossal duct, etc. A physician may be able to identify the lesion.
