See your doctor: PID can be treated with TWO doses of azithromycin, separated by one week along with one dose of an injected drug called ceftriaxone. Alternately the two doses of azithromycin can be swapped out for 14 days of an oral antibitoic called doxycycline. If however BV is suspected, you may need an additional antibiotic called metronidazole (aka Flagyl).
