Usually not serious: Almost always associated with anxiety. Rarely anything significant. Unless you have enlarged tonsils or a sore throat, I dont get the reason for Keflex.

Wait for what ?: I'm not sure that keflex is needed for "globus" assumeing this is difficulty swallowing and a sense of choking ?
