Yes: If you experience utis everytime you have intercourse, you should take an antibiotic beforehand. Keflex is a good choice as are macrodantin, bactrim, and cipro (ciprofloxacin). If Keflex is not working, discuss it with your physician. Other things which can cause symptoms are a reaction to condoms or lubricants. Good luck!
