How to get rid of a stubborn headache? i've had a headache for a good few days now. it was alot of pressure first. worse when standing up etc. now it's just a constant pain. it's driving me crazy. what can be causing it?

If you do not have pain over the sinuses (maxillary sinus or frontal sinuses) then you probably have tension headache which can last for several days. This headache is somewhat common in patient with depression. You can take tylenol or advil or aspirin for this headache. Good luck.
