Well, I would get: medical eval t if you think you might have a urinary tract infection. What you are describing doesn't sound particularly suspicious for UTI (but it is hard to know for sure). If you did have a urinary tract infection than antibiotics would be the appropriate treatment choice.

If you are concerned about a possible UTI (pressure is a common symptom), I would see your doctor for testing. It is best to treat early and avoid potential complications including kidney infection.
