No leukocytes in multiple urinalyses but group b strep in urine culture. some pelvic pressure/burning. drs won't treat - say uti would show leukocytes?

GBS can cause UTI: Group B strep can cause UTI. If the culture was properly collected (i.e. a good "clean catch" specimen), and especially if more than one culture has been positive and/or you have typical UTI symptoms, treatment usually would be prescribed. UTI usually shows elevated urinary leukocytes, but there probably are exceptions. Maybe seek consult with a specialist, e.g. infectious diseases. Good luck!
