How long should i wait to get checked if i think i have a uti? have been taking azo for 2 days been drinking water and cranberry juice for 3 days...still have pains in lower abdomen and back, frequent urination, nausea, and very tired

Something else?: Maybe something else is going on. Go back and see your doctor for a follow up exam ( the one that have you the antibiotics). Ask about the possibility of diverticulitis, and whether or not any imaging studies would be appropriate. Go this week, the earlier the better. Hope this helps!
